We grow the incomparable Lavandula x Intermedia, also known as Lavender Grosso. Some people call it Provencal Lavender, as this is the type you will often see cascading across the fields of Provence. It is actually a hybrid of English and Portuguese lavender, which gives it an exceptional fragrance and high oil content. Its strong fragrance makes it particularly attractive to pollinators, which is why our field is home to thousands of bumblebees all summer long. It also has a wonderfully long vase life, making it a delightful addition to your kitchen table.
